Lebih baik stress/ngadepin masalah dalam kondisi: cukup zikir, cukup makan, cukup tidur dan sudah mandi.
Shit happens— thats life…. but at least you deal with it in good health (body and soul).
Dont let other people intentional/unintentionally degrade your standart about selflove. Search within zikir to find the power to defend yourself.
Eating on time, praying on time, cleaning yourself, getting enough sleep… I call it selflove but maybe those are simply just BASIC HUMAN NEED.
